    Echo this.

If you find yourself still trying to jump through hoops to defend Trump then maybe you need to GRAB SOME PUSSAY.

I see Biden as took Arizona. Count finally in. Taking him up to 290 with Trump on 217.

Trump knows this, imo he’s manoeuvring himself from prosecution when his presidency ends .
He’s supposedly fell out with Fox News but that’s just so he can set his own more right wing TV channel to appease the gullible, make some money and dictate US politics keeping his family in high society .
Trump was a Democrat a few years since but this man as a lot of US politicians have no real agenda other than themselves .

A Presidential pardon only works for Federal crimes. Trump is likely to be charged with state crimes, for which no pardon (before or after trial) is possible.

I hope your right but precedents are being set on lots of things in the US.
If you have money and power (Trumps massive vote and base) along with many supporters on the Senate anything’s possible in America a land where you can be executed on a cell mates testimony to your guilty if you’re poor but acquitted if you’re rich (OJ) .
Many of the Republican Party are afraid or in Awe of him .
Never say Never where the US in concerned justice and Fairness don’t always go hand in hand it’s a Democratic Dictatorship imo .

Don't know about you all but the Rudy G press conference at a landscaping firm between a dildo shop and a crematorium still doesn't get old. I tickles me daily, comedy genius.

Well today is the “safe harbour” deadline, meaning if Trump is going to overturn the election he’s gonna have to find a lot of evidence today and have a lot of court cases today that go his way (he’s currently losing 49-1 in court cases)

And yet people still think he’s got a chance of stealing this election.

I still expect Trump to be confirmed for a second term. The State of Texas has just filed a lawsuit against Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Wisconsin in respect of Constitution breaches and election irregularities, and have been granted jurisdiction to go straight to the Supreme Court. Sidney Powell has also confirmed that she expects to have three cases before the Supreme Court by the end of the week.... so like it or not, things could be about to get interesting Stateside.

Before the end of the week is no good.

Today is the deadline. After today the results cannot change.

And Sidney Powell is one of the stupidest people on the face of the planet, not believing anything she says is always a good idea.

I think you'll find that the deadlines today and on 14th December don't carry the same weight when there are ongoing allegations of serious election fraud as the State Legislatures can overturn certified Sate results right up to Inauguration Day. If you're right though, and the results 'cannot change' after today we will know by this time tomorrow and I will admit I'm wrong.

Besides, if Trump doesn't get the verdicts he needs in the Supreme Court he always has the Insurrection Act to fall back on. Like I said.... things could be about to get very interesting!

Federal law says that any states that certify their election by 6 days before the electoral college vote, that result cannot change.

Enough states have certified that Biden has 279 college votes locked in. Unless a state rescinds its' certification today, It's over.

We'll soon find out either way.

Do you not think SCOTUS has the authority to overturn state results then?

My favourite part of this whole saga is that Mike Pence is the one that's going to have to officially announce to the world that Biden has won.

I hope he cries the homophobic ****.

Not after today they don't, no. In fact it's debatable if they have the authority anyway, it depends on the exact nature of the claim

Again, we'll soon see if you are right. If that is what CNN is saying I suspect you must be.

It would be a shame if the Amy Coney Barrett confirmation didn't play at least some part in the Election saga though, don't you think?
