Why oh why can't iFollow wait until Matt and his commentary team finish their summing up before running the pointless adverts. Happens before half time and at full time every bloody game. Really annoying.
It’s probably our end not timing it right pal. The adverts will be set to play at a certain time and our boys need to work it out
Very annoying. I assume the adverts are just set to automatically play when the match ends/half time starts etc.
I was surprised they waited as long as they did actually! Sometimes it's immediate. If you click on 'Listen Live' then you can still hear them on the audio only.
The commentator on Sky red button tonight was absolutely shocking. Worst I’ve ever known. Definitely in wrong profession....
Can they also make the volume of the adverts more quiet? It's so much louder than the sound inside the stadium that gets played to us.
Took me a while to work out whether they had got a penalty or not, he was just not arsed about it and didn't even mention it until they placed it on the spot. Bizarre!
Monotone for 99% of time, spouting the most banal rubbish I’ve ever heard. Then all of a sudden he’d get excited over something that wasn’t anything at all. Just terrible....
They just don't seem to care. I sent them an email following our game against Forest and here's what they said along with my original mail.. Dear Thomas, Thank you for contacting iFollow with your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. It was an uncommon instance and we’ll do better. Please feel free reach out to us with any further comments, concerns, or suggestions you wish to share. We would love to make things right if you give us another chance. Regards, Daniela iFollow Support Hi Following yesterdays dismal delivery of the live match viewing of Barnsley v Nottingham Forest I fell that I must formally complain about the poor quality of service. Most of the first half and some of the second was plagued by the screen constantly buffering. Such was the effect of the buffering that my version of the match did not finish until well after 5pm. Other more reliable sources were providing updates on a regular basis and I knew that full time had been and gone long before I saw the Barnsley goals that were scored in the 86 and 88 minutes. My first thoughts were that it was my providers fault but was not so and is also very unlikely as my service is via Virgin one of if not the best provider of broadband in the UK. A quick trawl of social media and I learned that many others were suffering the same poor service. This really is very disappointing. Why do I get the feeling that you don’t give a monkey’s because we are after all a captive audience. I find it laughable that you then want our support to defeat piracy. I would suggest that it is not piracy that is causing your problems, in fact I would go as far as to say you are in fact pushing people towards piracy by the poor service provided. It is also annoying for our commentary to be cut off in order that a variety of adverts can be shown. If this was a one off I would be more lenient, but its not is it.
