    Looks great that, if he could either sink or lip around it and then floodcoat it would look even better.

    edit: not meant as a criticism just a suggestion.

    The whole design fits into the middle two tiles. Could you just use 4 red tiles outside (2 on each side) this without breaking them?

    Could do. It all depends on what the customer requests. No matter what thought there'd be cutting of some nature due to the design. I have done SKA, Sheff Utd ones etc using whole or straight cut tiles.
