    The A61 derby, the Danny Wilson derby, the Paul Warhurst derby. We don't need a reminder of our recent history at Hillsborough. It's common knowledge that it's 11 years since we last won there. 4 defeats and 2 draws since. Red cards for Hammill and Frimpong, and an own goal by Angus Mcdonald, also along the way.

    Wednesday's record at Hillsborough this season reads as 1 win (Bournemouth), 5 draws and just 2 defeats (Luton and Brentford), and are undefeated in their last 4 at home. Our away form isn't great, however all of our 8 points away this season have come since Struber's departure, showing signs of improvement on our travels.

    I predict another low scoring game where a goal either way could be the winner. They're better defensively than us, however we've scored 10 more goals.

    I'm going for 1-0, Cauley Woodrow. YOOOOUUU REEEDDSSS!!!!

    Strangely I don't have the usual sense of foreboding about this one, I think it'll be another poor game like Wycombe and we'll edge a 2-1 win despite conceding from a goalkick which goes in via a cow's arse in Mexbrough....

    We'll lose, just like we always lose there.

    But they'll still be playing in a death-trap, not have the funds to pay their players, be coached by a retrograde poundshop Mourinho, and the demonstration of their superiority will ever be to refer to our fans as characters from an unchallenging television show.

    So, all in all, I'd rather be us.

    They’re now a team with no stand out players, in poor form with a dull manager and the story of the players not getting paid, if true, will be further demotivation for their squad.
    So, for me, there has never been a better time to play them.
    Also, now we have lost all our local connections, Val and the players won’t feel the hype like us, the fans, do for a local darby, so nerves should not play a part for just another day in the office.
    Two-nil to us. Mowatt and Woodrow penalty.

    Heart says 16-0 win.

    Head says 1-0 loss, dominate play throughout, lose to a 90th minute penalty when the ref points to the spot from Anderson bringing down one of their lads on the half way line.
