The content of Netflix, Prime and even Sky on demand on a whole knocks the Beeb into the ground. The beeb offers very little these days in original content. Unless you include Strictly and Mrs Browns boys. I reckon without looking 50% of its current schedule are repeats. Its shocking.

They need to change something as in its current guise its dying a slow death.

    This, with bells on.

I pay a total of £140ish a year for Netflix, Prime and Disney+. They have a wealth of shows that interest me and I watch constantly.

I couldn’t name one show on the BBC that I’m sad to miss out on.

Personally I'd rather have BBC then Netflix ,Sky or Prime. I get to listen to commentary on our matches, snooker world championships, breakfast news that doesn't have the annoying Piers Morgan, satirical game shows like HIGNFY, all the repeats of past dramas etc.

I do understand where you are coming from it certainly does seem to have lost focus on its core customers and its spread itself very thinly trying to be all things to all men (and women) But maybe we take it a little for granted. Take a good look at what iplayer has to offer and it's surprising just how many good programs/series it has in there.

Didn't realise how bad Lampard's bald patch was. Sulky face time!

I think that's the point though, none of the above interest me in the slightest, but I have to pay. If you don't want Netflix, Sky or Prime then you don't.
