No doubt the end of last season yes he did. This season the best word to describe him is rhubarb. His kicking is shocking, decision making shocking, coming for crosses non existant. There's more to goalkeeping than shot stopping
Definitely saved us more than he has cost us. I don't see him as a championship standard keeper just yet tho.
Paul Macolm has that effect on me - he used to go down in stages. Still think he's trying to get down tona shot from the mid 80's
Also I get the impression that he's been told to put it wide to get a throw in (see also how we kicked off against Huddersfield). Not sure it's fair to accuse him of bad kicking.
He's been poor lately letting in a few in his own six yard box, poor kicking and lacking clean sheets.
Never feel the need to stick up for him. He's a quality keeper and his performance speak for themselves.
When he stands back up he's likely to bump into Mike Pollitt who I being is still on his way to try to stop a ball from the 2013 Huddersfield game
