    I see the orange baby (pretending to be a President) has decided not to show up at the inauguration on 20th Jan.

    I must say, I really hope security is as high as it can be for that. I've got a really really bad feeling considering how Trump has been stoking this situation for months and years.

    Yep , a world of whataboutisms . The Dems blame the republicans and the republicans blame the Dems . I don't see anyone in US politics who can even begin to unravel this whole s**tshow . You only have to look at both parties response to the COVID situation . No temporary healthcare provision , derisory relief payments all in-between childish squabbling between each other . Ironically the senate / house did award themselves an extra 6 million on top of the 5.5 million they already get for free healthcare in the last COVID bill . It's like the socialists telling everyone else socialism's bad for them .

    Exactly what I was thinking. Read the headline that he was nuts, he certainly looks nuts, but then started off pretty decently. Then I heard 'underground bunkers and infinite energy'... Time to leave quietly.

    She was in intensive care/ cardiac ward for 8 days but was able to get out of hospital and home in time for Christmas Day. She no longer has Covid or associated Pneumonia but has ongoing heart problems which will require daily medication and diet changes, presumably for the rest of her life. She isn’t 100% but felt well enough to return to work this week on a part-time basis.

    Has anyone else watched that video of Trump and thought it doesn't quite look right??? It looks like one of those videos that Joe do when they stick heads on other people for a laugh.

    A lot of his supporters are claiming its a deep fake, Not sure about that but its not the normal tub thumping imbecile we are used to. guessing someone else wrote it all for him and he just had to read it out

    His head doesn't look attached to the rest of his body at times its weird. I have no idea what would be the payoff if it was a deepfake by the way. Just saw an article on BBC and watched it to see whether I thought it looked suspicious.

    It does look weird, yeah. I don't think there's any conspiracy though. If it was a deep fake, surely they'd be more careful than to leave in obvious errors like that? Think it's more likely the green screen removal being weird. I don't know, though.
