Does anyone know which hinges are needed to fit the doors on a corner kitchen cabinet? It's one of those where both doors are joined together in the middle and connected to the cabinet only at one side.
ive just searched and now ive got to delete my history for when our lass does click and collect order, there is no excuse either the m and h are not even on same row on keyboard
Yes those kind of things but when I've tried looking for them there seems to be about a million different ones of varying degrees and types and I can't work out which ones are needed for the corner thing
There are some at B&Q. https://www.diy.com/departments/tit...angle-cabinet-hinge-pair/3663602643791_BQ.prd
Try this company. They may be able to help. https://www.die-pat.co.uk/?utm_source=GoogleMyBusiness&utm_medium=DiePat
Marvellous. Next silly question is do I need two pairs of those or are the ones that connect to the unit different to the ones which join the two doors?
that hinge reminds me of an upside down locust, one of them in them plastic boxes in pets at home, you know make that noise, always imagine them saying "don't worry lads that little girls mum said they need a smaller pet,not a rabbit, they will pick us, we will soon be living a happy pet life"
These would be on each door, one door would have a sort of corner piece of wood on the end like this. I've had the ones where the doors are hinged to each other but I wouldn't recommend them.
I think the door to door ones are different because they are only hinged to 90 degrees whereas the door to carcass is 270 degrees
It's to replace damaged hinges on one's in the work kitchen. They're crap but the hinge holes are already there so I've not really got much choice except to copy what's there sadly.
170 degree hinges attach door to cabinet and hinges to connect the 2 doors together are called pie cut
pie cut , that reminds me ................................................................................................oh ok, youve suffered enough for one night
You wouldn't be able to find the pie cut things on b_q, Wickes or Screwfix website would you? I've looked and can't find anything that resembles them but then I am an idiot
Because I'm a pillock who leaves things to the last minute I need them by tomorrow morning sadly. I know they must sell them at b&q or one of the other stores because they're such a common thing but gods knows how to find them
