    Oakwell isn't a residential property it's commercial premises and unless you believe these charlatans are even more incompetent than we all already know then to be then they will have done an ounce of research before promising to buy the club (which they haven't done yet) and entering into the agreement. You can't sign up to something then complain that you don't like the terms you signed up to

    And many businesses do. Not saying it’s right or wrong, but it does happen......

    I totally agree with you , it was in a right state against Tranmere & we have had rain & now this snow since ,but we have groundsmen who will no doubt get the pitch in as good as condition as possible , lets hope it is playable .
