Yes it's been like it since the first lockdown I think. If you go in on a quiet day it feels really loud, less so with other shoppers around making noise but it's eerie to hear when you aren't expecting it. Just a faceless voice giving out orders and 'advice'

I’ve stopped watching the news/press conferences and death statistics. This Morbid fascination is creating real fear. People literally walking into the road or cowering like you have a lepers bell around your neck when you pass them outside. People have been mentally assaulted, those who don’t care aren’t going to be effected by these terror tactics, it’s the normal law abiding citizen who gets to feel guilty by the governments mismanagement.
Try paying people if they have to self isolate, that would make the biggest difference, so people who don’t have any spare money don’t have to go to work against the rules because if they don’t they or their family don’t eat. It’s typical of this Tory shower with their weasel words to imply it’s the fault of its own citizens, despite continued survey based evidence ( real data, not anecdotal nonsense about “all the people not following the rules”) that compliance remains very high.

He was clearly talking about propaganda as this entire thread is. At no point did he or anyone even suggest that they were killing more people than the Nazis
