Hopefully by helping us to the premier league as selling players for millions means little to us fans as we don't benefit from it.

Both of them could play for England.

I know that’s a really bold statement but I really think they could play for a mid table premier league side, and that means in the running for England squads.

    Brilliant footballers.

    MK Dons are friggin mental.

Unfortunately for Brittain there’s 10 quality England-level right backs at the minute

Both him and Styles are class though

Was a bit more complex than that I think. I don't know all the details but they didn't release him in the traditional way, and his new contract included some clauses that was essentially what a tribunal would have set. He signed a new contract to get a move or something. MK Dons fans we're just being bitter.

I think the deal we got him on was less up front than what we'd have had to pay if we signed him instead of Ludewig, but potentially it's a lot higher long term. As always with our deals these days.

It's allowed. Always a bit sad though, when it's from afar and unrequited.

Adding to these 2, that he’ll probably only be here for a couple of years.

I really wouldn't be surprised at all if we saw Styles play for England at some point. I think he's that good. Hadn't thought of Brittain in those terms yet, but I wouldn't rule it out.

Bit of humble pie for me and I'm happy to shovel it down. I reckoned we can't or won't cross the ball but the boys rubbed my face in it good and proper. Now, maybe I should say we can't shoot...

I think Styles has the potential to be the best player to wear a Barnsley shirt in my lifetime & yes I've seen King Ronnie play. He's nowhere near that level yet, but he's still a kid & arguably not playing his best position. I think Palmer & Kane are also going to make very good championship level players. This team for me is the best we've had since King Keef's that was sold under him in January. We won't make the playoffs IMO, but will give some teams a footballing lesson before the season is out.
