I think the natives are getting a little restless on Latics speyk, a message for Barnsley fans regarding Kyle joseph, "Dream on", there trying to convince themselves that he,d never come to us and that his parents are strong latics fans and would talk him out of it, seems to me though the receivers will make the decision if the moneys there...It would be brilliant though, they,d go into complete meltdown...lol

 

If half the clubs that are linked with him are genuinely interested, then I can't see him coming here.

That being said, their fans dislike for us is weird and at times, quite amusing. Therefore I hope we sign him for that reason.

 

I really cant stand that set of delusional mouthpieces, they really make me cringe when they pipe up, I would really like to slap the face of them. The sooner they go out off existence the better the f*****g nobody's.

Based on all the factual, well-researched information on the Latics Speyk 'BARNSLEY WILL GO DOWN' thread, I imagine the lad is signing for us tomorrow.

Absolutely. Particularly the ones who want them to go under. I'll never understand how a football fan could ever wish that on another fans team.

 

I'm content with my viewpoint. (Some) Wegin fans have been reacting as though we put them into administration and then relegated them. They'd been financially doped since the mid-1990s, and it finally caught up with them. Their relegation was all their fault - nothing to do with us.

I'd be happy if they lost their club. In fact, no. I actually want it to happen. It's not like they can't start again, anyway. Serves them right for their two decades of cheating, and the opinion of (some) of their fans about Barnsley.

 

If ever we play them away whatever the score, by the time you get home I think you might change your mind.

 

Why?

 

Stupid Rugby munchers thinking his parents would tell him to turn down cash seven times higher than he is currently on and the chance to play at a higher level.

 

Because if you bump into some of them they will say therye sorry for being so nasty and didn't really mean it and will probably shake your hand and say Barnsley is our second team and all that.

Because the hatred is real. All our fault that they went into administration, got a points deduction, got relegated, had to sell anything that moved, and are now odds-on to be relegated to the fourth division.

Nothing to do with them spending like drunken sailors, and going bust when the money tap got turned off.

I think it all got a little silly, particularly from the Wigan fans. They needed to apportion “blame” where it should be rather than blaming us. I myself don’t wish Wigan any harm & hope they get a buyer soon. I was unhappy that Bury was allowed to fold as they too are a northern town not dissimilar to Barnsley

 

They hate it that we asked to have representation at the appeal hearing. The part they seem to overlook is that the reason why is that they appealed yet it’s our fault we wanted to ensure our position was represented. Any club in the same predicament would have done what we did.

 

You can only go by what you read online though tbf. The reason for all the dislike is all down to social media comments.

Perhaps if more Wigan fans were willing to offer a different opinion it might damp things down a bit.

They’re a bit like Trump. They’re in the right and everything is fake news.
