Paul Gibbs made Kennedy look like Paolo Maldini.

Tom Kennedy might have a few words to say about that.

He might. But I'm simply expressing my opinion.

The worst left-back in my 30+ years watching BFC.

    Spackman for me.

Won't forget his poor treatment and dismissal of Big Winnie, who was instrumental alongside Danny Wilson in our promotion to the Premier League..

When he was sacked he blamed finances but what money he was given he spunked away. Dixon injured, Crooks injured, Gallen homesick, Bernard injured, Hayward injured, Donovan *****, Gorre (didn't play him). He really was a cluster fck.

I’m still self medicating with many many beers trying to forget Paul Gibbs. Played like he had concrete boots, tied together, buried under the floor, in a different country.

I still can’t bring myself to say Steve Pppaaaaarrr. Nope. Can’t do it.

There’s an almighty Hobson’s choice if you could only choose 1.... but I’d err on the side of Tom Kennedy being the worst left back

Steve Parkin and Paul Gibbs. Not many good words I can say here either. As my Nan used to say, If you can't can anything nice don't say anything at all.....

Parkin was a terrible manager. When he was shouting to players it was a tirade of swearing. Your players do jot want that Every other word on training ground

Steve Parkin is the worst manager in my 43 years of following the reds and Paul Gibbs the worst left back. Yes worse than TK.

Here are a number of players Parkin had to show his quality-

    Andy Marriott

    Carl Regan
    Lee Crooks
    Brian O'Callaghan
    Mike Flynn
    Paul Gibbs
    Matteo Corbo

    Mitch Ward
    Kevin Donovan
    Alex Neil
    Kevin Dixon
    Chris Lumsdon
    Gary Jones
    Paul Bernard
    Gary Jones
    Leo Bertos
    Peter Sand
    Kevin Betsy

    Isaiah Rankin
    Gary McSwegan
    Tony Bedeau
    Kevin Gallen
    Michael Reddy
    Richard Naylor

Quite possibly the worst quality set of players to be from the same squad in my lifetime.

Spackman was brought in after he'd done a reasonable job at Bramall Lane but he arrived on his own. The real influence at S2 in the Spackman era was Steve Thompson, who took over as acting manager when Spackman departed and in this role got them to the play-offs and the semi-final of the FA Cup. As a Sheffield lad there was probably no way we were going to entice him to join Spackman and dem Blades dumped him when they appointed Steve Bruce.

One got us to the jpt final where we only had to beat a team from the league below. I didn't like hill when he was here bringing all his mates in but worst? No.

He once surprised me and had a really good game (by his standards). Sadly we still lost.

Walsall away if memory serves me right.

Douglas Bader would have made a better left back than either Gibbs or Kennedy.

One got us knocked out of the cup at the hands of a semi-professional team, as well as overseeing our worst league form since the 1950s. The other only avoided relegation because Portsmouth's Wigan-like spending finally caught up with them. Hill is a better manager, but comes across as a horrific person.
