    Could give people who don't pick a team a default score of -1 instead, then it will be a loss.
    Problem with this though is that it will benefit those who play against non-picking players the most.

    I've gone with the opinion that 0 goals, is the lowest anyone can score when picking a team and to be then awarded a win based on a default opposition would be unfair on those players whose team picks scored 1,2,3 etc goals but actually lost their game?

    appreciate the flip side of this is that a 'no pick' player does have a chance of 1 point from a 0-0 draw, but also think its unfair to award 3 points to a 'pick' player whose team scored 0 goals.

    does that make sense?! :)

    I was referring to if someone didn’t pick one question.
    If I hadn’t picked a team then my team can’t achieve a 0-0.

    im starting to realise why red24/7 was happy for me to take on the league admin, after the cup competition!
    ive definitely underestimated the work involved! :)

    still a few people left to pick a team before today;s 17:59 deadline.......

    Also ive decided to change the rules slightly to make it fairer :-

    If a player fails to pick a team, then they will still get a default 0 goals, but they will now not get a 1 point in the scenario they have a result of 0-0 against another player, they will get a default 0 points instead.
    Think its fairer for everyone else to not reward a player who doesnt pick a team?

    Still going with the scenario that a player playing against a 'no pick' team still has to score a goal in order to get a 3 points win though, otherwise they will get 1 point for a 0-0 draw.
