    I like most are excited by seeing Dike in action given the hype that seems to surround this lad. It got me thinking how many debutants have scored for Barnsley? Have any scored more than one on debut before?

    Off top of my head I thought of Jay Rodriquez who I am sure scored with his first touch away to Preston. Connor Wilkinson I think scored on debut vs Chesterfield.

    Did Woodrow score on his debut in the cup too against Notts County? sure that was his debut but not fully sure.

    Danny Nardiello famously came over from Man Utd on a Tuesday afternoon, met the team, said hello, played that evening, scored 2 goals and made the third.

    Andy Rammell away at Blackburn. Came off the bench and scored the winner with his first touch. Not only his debut for us, but also his league debut as well.
    Also Steve Cooper away at Oldham. 90th minute equalizer in a 1-1 draw.

    Carl Bradshaw. not only debut. The Quickest and first goal of that season. If my memory serves me right. ( I can’t find the evidence.)
    Adam Armstrong’s goal at Preston. possibly the best debut goal I’ve ever seen.
