    Its because people are obsessed with "zero Covid" Its like Zero flu. a nice idea but is never going to happen.

    I think we'll be having annual vaccinations for many years to come. As others have said, there will be good years and bad years (new variants resistant to the current vaccines). Pfizer and AZ et al will be continually developing new vaccines to keep it at bay. If I were a recent graduate in the sciences, I'd be looking to get a job with one of these companies....
