I think the teams in the bottom 3 can forget about catching us and the teams in the top 6 need to worry about us catching them.

Think top 10 is a realistic ambition though the top 6 teams are probably too strong for us.

Maybe but often a team comes out of nowhere and does well in the playoffs because theres no expectation so less pressure on them and I really think it could be Barnsley FC this season.

Excellent win today. I'm so proud of my boys they deserve this. I'm so emotional right now. Do I get an oscar? Joking aside. What a three points to take into Wednesday night. Buzzing.

As noted in another post, we are 1 point closer to the playoffs after the same number of games than in 2016.... Makes you think.

Over the season they will get more points than us and finish above is in the table. Happy to have a bet with you if you disagree

We’re still developing the long term plan, early stages with a young team.

The owners have taken some flak but I think we are now starting to see the vision they have to build year on year.

We need to keep the guy in charge. I was never bothered about Struber. But Ish is different. We’re going places with this guy

They've (deservedly) taken some flak for mistakes they've made. Lack of communication over certain periods of time, the PR disaster that was Stendel's dismissal statement (regardless of any wrongdoing Stendel did or didn't partake in), selling the entire spine of a winning side, etc etc. But ultimately I've got to judge them on where we were, and where we are now - and where we are now is objectively better.

    We can
Very true. We need to keep going in that direction also. If there is some dismantling in the summer we need to build from where we are now not 3 steps back to take 1 fwd. its always at the back of my mind and im sure some will be rubbing their hands together at the attention our players will be getting currently in the spotlight.

in terms of development Val had done an amazing job. He has moved fringe players and ones out that done buy in. He has made space with letting James go. That space has allowed Palmer, Sibbick, Adebeyejo, Walton to be given a chance and be a real part of things. Young kids have nailed down places like Styles. To cap it off some shrewd signings in Miller, Dike and especially Brittain. Kitching yet to come and Halme to add to competition in the squad.

Great points, I myself have been one of the minority that has stated that I will never give this lot another penny while ever they are at our club. But it looks again they have found a gem in Ishmael and after the last two transfer windows may have learnt from their mistakes. I must admit I still have little doubts at the back of my mind, But as I said on previous post about the owners it wouldn't take a lot for a supporter to be convinced to change their minds about the way the club was going forward. As I write this I once again am thinking how can I finance the £400 at the start of next season.
