    Due to Laura's extremely vulnerable situation. It's the first time I've been out since my 'flu jab in October (other than in the garden to feed the birds & taking the bins out)!:D The young nurse was extremely impressed with my specially made Hey Duggee shirt I had bought for me at Christmas. The only down side was she would not let me have a stick on badge or lollipop for my bravery!:D

    Just arranged for my mums first jab tomorrow. My wife and all her family have had it. Just me left... in who knows how many months time ;-)

    The NHS sent a letter to my good wife inviting her to book an appointment either online or by phone.
    I went online for her and they gave us a list of venue options starting with the nearest and gradually working out. We ended up at Hanwell which was the 3rd nearest as the missis didn't like the first option and I wasn't too keen on the 2nd one ;)
    All very straight forward and as she had the AZ jab didn't even have to hang about afterwards

    I got a phone call last wednesday morning from our doctors surgery , I answered some questions & both myself & the wife were booked in for our jabs 2 days later on the friday afternoon at Dodworth , everything went off like clockwork & we have both been fine since , absolutely delighted .

    Good news for you and yours ,question is when will you get the required second jab?
    Before this excuse of a government set themselves a target to vaccinate the 4 most vulnerable groups the second jab was of utmost importance.
    Great news! Just seen my mate walking the dog, he had his last week. He appears to have grown another ear in the middle of his forehead.
    I didn't say owt though!

    They haven't said when we'll get our second jabs.
    However, now that you've mentioned your friend's new ear, I've noticed my impressive six pack has suddenly been replaced by an enormous beer belly!:D
