    Ey op. Sumdi's got some 'inside' on me.

    I spent the first 2 years at Bankend at my grandparents but then we moved to Birdwell. The only name from back then that seemed to crop up a lot was 'the Nugers.' That's how it was said, never seen it written.

    Statis, they had a similar backgroung to you. They lived in Wellington Cres. Karl would be 69yo now.

    My grandparents (Rushforths) lived at 72 Wellington Crescent. Don't remember anyone as I was only 2 but no doubt I'd have seen him!

    Yes. I think they called him David but the registrar put his initial down in the wrong place. And the rest is history.
