Keep the ball down, don't give them the soft set piece opporrtunities and we could run the legs off them in the second half.....hopefully.
Birmingham trying to out Barnsley Barnsley. That was the most anti football half of anti football I think I've ever seen.
To be fair, that was painful, but we've just won six in a row, we're not losing, and there's another half to go. COYR!!!
They have been poor for years that jucavik or whatever upfront is like a basketball player and marc roberts just hoofs or long throws it to him. Take it as you like its just my take on them.
We have our own defenders who can defend just as well and can launch a ball when needed his long throws could come in useful because I'm not too sure about freisers
We seem to have given up even attempting to pass. Numerous occasions where the ball could have been controlled and moved all abandoned in favour of a hook upfield. If we were being forced to do it I could understand but we're not., it's the intentional way we're going about things. We seem to have stylised the system now to the point where we've eliminated the desire to play football. Two weeks in a row now I've been appalled by what's been on offer.
Hogan should have been booked for kicking the ball away or back chatting the ref with his back to him. I am surprised Mowatt wasn't booked for the penalty shout. We need to stop giving away so many cheap fouls that we've no chance of getting away with.
Ball spent more time in the air than on the pitch, what will win this is someone on the ball in midfield passing if on the deck
