    A team that is hardly the biggest in this league with not massive funds or resources doing so much better, says to me something is woefully wrong at the club, won't change until either we get some funds or Rooney and the recruitment team can do miracles with pittance.

    Apparently the fact that we are doing better with less money means what they need is more money.
