https://efb.dk/majoritetsaktionaer-paa-plads-i-efb-elite-a-s/ It works out at around 3.4 million pounds that they have paid for them.
The Esbjerg website suggests an acquisition price of £3.45m. I'm sure the Cryne family are delighted at the news.
Nowt to do with the Crynes really is it. Plus why jump to conclusions on an issue none of us with no real knowledge of the legal situation regarding the 3rd party ownership. For all we know the investors may be in the right. Guess we'll find out in 2038 or sometime.
Given the Crynes are owed money, and seeing ConLee "paying" millions of someones money for another low level club, I think the Crynes will absolutely be watching on. ConLee have failed to pay the agreed amount for 80% of the club. The Crynes had previously reduced the amount asked for, have lengthened the payment terms and still ConLee haven't paid. ConLee had a 6 month option to buy the ground and they failed to do so. Is any of this disputed? No. These are all facts in the public domain. Evidenced by financial accounts (sadly HK accounts are opaque so we can't see the investment vehicles side) and the simple passing of time given that ConLee don't own the ground well after 6 months from the deal. I'm not sure what conclusions you think anyone is jumping to.
Paul Conway up to his old tricks of stretching the truth. What a fantasist. Listen from 2.55 onwards. https://efb.dk/amerikansk-investorkreds-vil-udvikle-efb/
Are you referring to the players calling every fan/ season ticket holder? I'm not a ST holder, so can't comment on his accuracy, but there be some ST holders who can clarify if a player rang them or not.
Thats a very one sided summary isn't it? The reasons behind the payments being delayed and the option to buy the stadium not being taken up are widely available. I'm not saying either side are right but the new owners aren't completely to blame.
They are the facts. They haven't told us why they didn't take up the 6 month option. In fact, have Conway or Lee spoken to the fans at all of late, other than to insinuate they would countersue the Crynes?
Which is the article I related to which only came out when it came into the public domain that they had failed to pay the Crynes fully and on time. The Crynes then issued a statement a day or so later I believe. Have ConLee spoken to the fanbase since? Have they informed us about their seemingly multiple enquiries to ground share with other clubs?
