This absolutely stupid rule of standing in an offside position in the build up comes back to haunt us once again.
Same kind of goal as the Chelsea one. Miles offside but becomes ‘active’ when the game catches him up. New off side rules are shïte.
You could see the ref saying 'you have won the ball' to Mads; obviously something about the trailing leg. Commentators now pissing themselves at their 'hard-on' joke.
Anyhow **** Bournemouth anyway. Just a Chesterfield with a bit of money. Cheating b@stards. Come on tarn in to them 2nd half
These do look decent. We have got our work cut out getting owt from this. Had to switch commentary now. He'll be having a wnk over that.
How long has **** lining/goal raking/call it what you will been allowed?? Solanke was 5 yards offside when the ball went wide and scores 3 seconds later. How is that a fair advantage?! Officiating and the offside rule especially is so broken.
Looks like Ismael is telling Murray about changes already. Needs Morris upfront. A front three that contains both Chaplin and Frieser isn't threatening anybody at the top end of this league.
Get Williams off. Get Chaplin off. Get Frieser off. Styles, Morris for Chaplin. Dike for Frieser. Williams has struggled and we need to hold the ball up top.
That was just like the Chelsea goal 2 players in an offside position when the ball went wide. If they weren't seeking to gain an advantage what exactly were they doing?
That half showed why we play so direct. Chaplin and Frieser are great at pressing, but the quality on the ball simply isn’t there, so we have one goal from a corner to show for our good spell. They then cut through us and are now on top. Morris and Dike on please.
We've started our weakest front three by quite a distance for some reason, I just hope it's a tactic to absolutely hammer them in the second half when they're a little more tired.
Posted this the other day: "The way to beat us, and I can't believe no opposition team does it having been given a perfect illustration by Chelsea, is to leave your centre forward deep in our half, 10, 20 even 30 yards offside. Then play the ball over the top down wings where Collins can't get to it. Winger springs the offside trap, guy in the middle just ensures he's behind the ball when it's crossed to him." Seems a team has finally sussed it out.
