I don't disagree with that. As Ismaels style has evolved, there are certainly more games where the opponent just hoof it straight back and we see what we see. But pretty early on, we saw James hooking the ball over his head to nobody which has never been his game so it was clearly an instruction rather than personal choice.

Let's hope its a continued evolution to something regularly watchable.

Kane might just have turned a corner. There’s a player in there and although I like what Palmer and Halme offer I’d love to see Herbie step up a gear or two. Saturday was a good half for him

If I had to guess, I'd say it will evolve (unless we sell everyone in the summer!) but I don't think the midfielder hooking the ball over his head is going to go away. I think he wants the midfielders to win the ball facing the opponents goal, rather than bring the ball down and turn.

When my head space is not at its best its these videos that are a bright light on a dark day.

Whitey the staff and the players thankyou so much.

    The perfect medicine.

    Glad folk still enjoy them.

Let's hope the Season Recap is as watchable (right til the end) as the last two we did.

Or his chat with Dike before he goes on, and the kiss/nuzzle on the neck. Val looks like he’s a fantastic motivator. Gives them belief and they want to succeed for him as well as their teammates. Contrast that with the attitude displayed by some other footballers in South Yorkshire recently.

I was actually thinking about the season recap after watching the Bournemouth one last night, not sure why. It could end up being a cracker, like the last couple.

Seeing the lads react after wins never fails to put a smile on my face. So much raw emotion and joy.

They're brilliant, fair play to you all, i watch for them being put out every week, I used to enjoy the " Tunnel Cam" from a few seasons ago but these are the next level, brilliant stuff

I think we have to remember that we're essentially playing with 3 strikers when we're in possession, and teams like Derby and Birmingham are playing 4-5-1 or 5-4-1 against us out of posession. When we're pressing them back into their own half, a loose ball or intercepted pass near the half way line means the break is on for them. Keeping the intricate passing around their penalty area means that if we do lose it, we have time to reset into our defensive shape unless they hump it long, and if they do they're either offside, or sweeper keeper Collins comes and clears it to allow the defence and midfield to get back.
When we're attacking we're almost playing 3-2-5 with the wing backs playing as orthodox wingers and and old fashioned inside left and right either side of a centre forward and that's proving very difficult for opposition defences to cope with. Mostly because the wing backs are being overlapped by the inside forwards and no one knows who they are marking, and we're playing not just to get into the box to create direct chances, but also to win throw ins, corners and free kicks around the box, which for the first time I can remember, we seem to have rehearsed and practiced.

Anyway, that's my first post on this forum, and hopefully the rest won't be as long winded or boring! Haha.

It's going to be weird because I've been reading everything you've all been posting for 3 years and only managed to get an account set up yesterday.
I feel like I've been spying on you all and you never knew it.
