Not ruling out breaking legal contracts to speed up EU vaccination rate. Threat, threat, threat.. Then on the other hand they stop the Oxford vaccine rollout with shady reasons to say the least. So who's to blame for a slow rollout? Certainly not the UK. How they preached during the trade negotiations about the UK not diverging from agreements etc, yet they continue be a set of complete hypocrites. And people still want to be part of that self protectionist wannabe super state. More to life than money, when you see the real face of the EU.
The EU have royally screwed up the vaccines but if you think it excuses Brexit then more fool you. To accuse them of breaking agreements and being underhand when your golden boy is Boris is...unfathomable.
The EU are playing stupid political games with the AZ jab. I suspect its a ploy to suggest to their citizens they were right to be slow with vaccination. Daft and disingenuous imo.
But the tories, but the tories.. The EU can do no wrong hahaha.. As for my golden boy Boris, pathetic response, unfounded never voted tory in my life... But the EU can do no wrong.. course not.
They took ages to buy the AZ vaccine, a long time to approve it whilst talking in a negative manner about how well it works and now may look to stop doses being brought to the UK of it even though they themselves have stopped using it in many countries which has just added to vaccine hesitancy at a time when our own government are trying to get as many as possible to take it.
You don't have to have voted Tory for Boris to be your golden boy....or did you, like many, realise that virtually everything he said about Brexit was codswallop? 350 mil a week?
Anyone who sees the EU as anything other than a right wing organisation is completely wrong in my opinion. But then again, we’ve all got them.
Not even sure why the need to turn this into a Tory thread, some people are just obsessed I guess. It was a thread being critical of the EU and nothing else. It just goes to show they certainly do not practice what they preach. They will simply do what they want regardless of legal contracts and the law. Common place for the EU I'm afraid.
There’s nothing right-wing about protecting Worker’s rights and working conditions, or having a court of human rights for example.
I’d suggest you’d struggle to find any pro-remain contributor on here who believed that about the EU. There isn’t one. There are no posts suggesting that. The EU is flawed, like all large bodies, and will get things wrong - the vaccine rollout a case in point. This does nothing, however to negate the cold, hard fact that leaving the EU will cost this country severely.
