He’s fine. They aren’t playing Bednarek either, their best defender. I’m not suggesting that means Michał will play against England though. To be fair, I’m surprised he got a cap. I thought he’d just be part of the squad. A really wonderful bloke and fingers crossed he returns home healthy and fit for our run-in. Daryl is fine, and looked a real handful in his 30 minute cameo today. Happy days.

Didn’t Poland name quite a big squad, 27 or so players? Was never going to be involved in all three games. The fact that he’s based over here might have been a factor in his selection as well, given some players’ clubs aren’t sure of whether they’d have to quarantine on flying back from England
Lewandowski apparently pulled out of the game on Wednesday, probably to avoid having to quarantine on arriving back in Germany for club duty. I wonder if any defenders are in the same boat?

Don't know what the rules are in other countries. There were some worries for both Bellingham and Lewandowski, so the rules in Germany might be more strict than here.
If he did play it is highly unlikely he'd play for us on Friday, only two days afterwards. International break ... not good for some !
He’s as fit as a fiddle under big Val, He was Hardly stretched in his first game, he didn’t play the second game and he’s not forced to feature in the last and maybe only part game . Compared to Big Vals regime he’ll feel like he’s been on Holiday . If he’s fit he’ll play imo .
