I think having a royal family is outdated and immoral. But given we do have one I can just about accept moving the 3pm kick offs. If they move everything from the Saturday then that's complete overkill.
It’s all just unnecessary though. It all just feels like the whole country is following royal guidelines that haven’t been updated for decades. Which is probably the case. There was a black banner on Cbeebies announcing the death for god sake. Is there anything more ridiculous than that?

I thought they were just moving the kick off times earlier or later than the funeral? it’s surely not being suggested that, 8 days after the death of a 99 year old man who happens to be the Queen’s consort, the entire EFL programme is cancelled on the Saturday. That would be ridiculous gesture nonsense.
