    A mate of mine, born male but wanted to be female. Kept going to the doctors but couldn't have a sex change on the NHS so eventually had to go private for treatment. Cost him an absolute fortune.

    Yeah as I mentioned earlier I misremembered and they are just planning on using it for their next kid. I’m sure they’re on some waiting list (Germany seems to come to mind).

    I’ll try and remember to ask them about it next time I speak to them but it’s a weird thing to bring up out of the blue!
