    This is the reason, poor recruitment, no Plan B or C. I'm surprised the owner waited so long,not to try and stay up but because of his public criticism of the board. He needs to do some further coach training, as he has reached his peak. Take a year out,travel,talk to other coaches, do him the world of good.

    No,see my other post. I think he's in danger of being left behind in modern football, unless he evolves.

    Football don't surprise me any more, I can see the Blunts coming for Ismael. He would fit the plan that the Prince has for a head coach and not a manager. This is also the reason why Wilder would not come here, He wants to be the manager!

    He's just got around to releasing a statement about his departure. He did a great job of selling himself for another job by listing a lot of his achievements.

    He does right. He's certainly up there as a top British manager in my opinion.
