For whatever reason, we seemed to play at walking pace today, and our attempts to get the ball down and play answered the question of why we don’t do it more often.

Missed Kane today, Palmer had a poor game, got Halme wasn’t the answer, we needed someone that can control the ball there. If ever there was a game move Styles inside, it was today.

And that's fine, really it is. But bear in mind that this is a "matchday thread". The clue is in the title. People are commenting on today's game. Not the season so far, not our excellent league position, not where we go from here. Just today. And be honest, it was poor today. It's not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but there's nothing wrong with people telling it like they see it. Those same people will be over the moon if we maintain our play-off spot, I guarantee it. They love the club too. I know this for a fact. They're just like you.
