In fairness they have a pretty good history back in the 30s and they hate Leeds more than we do. We sometimes forget that football wasn't invented in 1992.

Blackpool have a great history too I wasn't around in 1930s so I'm not saying football was invented in 1992 but for me growing up that's how I see them.

My '1992' comment wasn't a pop at you, apologies if it came across that way.

As per the current rules, it's a handball. His arm was in an unnatural position.

If they were unhappy about the goal they would have been in complete meltdown if we had scored from the Woodrow chance where he was offside

Hard to believe the first footballing super powers were Wolves, Burnley, Tottenham, Portsmouth and Manchester United.

Agreed, but he wasn’t offside because the defender touched the ball. It’s a nightmare ruling that one.

I think this was an perfect illustration of how stupid the offside rule has now become.
How many times do you see Brad Collins come racing off his line and almost get mullered by the opponent (with the population of Barnsley screaming "offside!"), only for the flag to go up. One day, he'll shank it and the flag will stay down, mark my words.

Not that you bear grudges or anything.
