    Surely that's not a surprise considering the year we've just had. Retailers have no idea how the industry will do going forwards so many won't be prepared to gamble on contracts until much closer to the time

    As far as I’m aware, and unless plans have changed, Flannels won’t be ready for the opening in September - the last I heard was March. It’s looking like the September opening will be restricted to Cineworld, Superbowl, Nando’s, Next, and Sports Direct.

    Just outside the Town Centre, plans have gone in to split the old Pizza Hut unit at the Peel Centre into two and add a drive-thru by making changes to the entry road. This is an additional drive-thru to the Starbucks planned on that retail park closer to Curry’s.
