If that’s a red we might as well give up on football. I’ve turned the match off because I can’t be arsed to waste my time on that rubbish. Talking about the West Ham red card btw.
It's nothing to do with VAR the Refs that run it are to blame. Today stockley park official should be sacked, what a joke.
VAR just highlights further that refs know rules and not football. a million times that lad kicks that ball and his foot lands there every time, an accident and never a red card.
While we're at it, how about the fact there are three premier league games on and not one kicked off at 3pm.
100 % spot on call by the VAR officials. kicked the ball then he deliberately changed the trajectory of his leg and followed through with his studs down the back of the players leg.
You know what I meant mate. The technology is fine if used probably. But the decisions being made are terrible.
Can never believe all these people who say the laughable decisions we see every week are not due to var. Then what are they due to.
Changed direction of his follow through and preceded to shove his boot down studs up with force on the players leg afterwards. he meant it gave zero reaction to the ref showing him the red card didn't protest much for a innocent man , in fact he didn't protest at all.
He did say to the ref ‘what for ‘ and stood there in disbelief for a few seconds , then shrugged his shoulders when he walked off . I think it will get over turned on appeal
They are due to bad interpretation of what is seen. Simply change the instructions on how it is used and interpreted. Or shall we continue to bemoan a game that is defaced week in week out with divers and cheats?
VAR for next season if promoted. Any contact in the box hit the ground. Kit to be provided in a size smaller including boots to avoid tight offside decisions. Dont cut the grass in straight lines so to confuse the line drawers. Oh it will be fun
