    Its easy, just 4 moves.
    Standing up:-
    D = Left arm and right arm meet in the shape of a letter d
    I = both arms touching straight above your head
    K= left arm upwards at 45 degrees and right arm downwards at 45 degrees
    E = left arm and right arm horizontal with left or right leg raised as high as possible.
