I take it that the pitch will be relaid after the playoffs.

I believe it's on the cards. It was only the short break between the end of last and beginning of this. That stopped it happening last year.

It's served us well this season, I can't see any reason to mess with it. ;)

If we go up we'll be told to relay it ( if we weren't going too)

Actually I’m pretty sure they relaid it last year but it didn’t have enough time to bed in which is what caused the issues this year.

Personally I hope we go for a hybrid pitch, especially if we get promoted.

If we go up we really should invest in one of those Desso pitches.

It was relaid prior to last season, and it’s the first time I’ve ever looked at the pitch on opening day and thought it looked worse than previous season. Then we didn’t have time to fix it before this season.

Hopefully we put a better pitch down this time, preferably hybrid, but it’s a significant expense.

Nah we're going all retro with a 1970s pitch. If the Premier teams are that good they should be able to play on owt :D

I’m not sure that I can get relaid. Mrs fat says “don’t be starting that bloody nonsense again”. Gutted and disappointed-still life in the old dog so hello Mrs Palm.

Even in the 70's and 80's, an FA Cup 3rd round tie wasn't worth watching if it wasn't played on a quagmire.
