Not watching game (same as FL referee adjudicators I suppose). However... I would seriously question a referee's competence/ impartiality if I was to see the stats which BBC reports as Barnsley have 'committed' ? 19 fouls to Norwich's 4. (this far) Are Barnsley really that physical/dirty/cynical?
Game of two halves. Second half our game dropped and those who came on haven't played as well as those they replaced.
The bloody ref failed to get the win he wanted. He should be investigated -- can Val request an investigation I wonder?
My question was rhetorical Football really does need refs who have actually played the game and not gullible and easily conned by professional 'shenanigans'. Whatever happened to the likes of Pierluigi Collina? He would not have fallen for it. Football may have progressed but IMO refereeing standards have not improved much considering they are now paid as professionals. If anything they have gone backwards albeit not helped by having to adhere to stupid rules .
