Massive thanks go to @Gally for taking all these notes during the Fans' Forum call earlier with the club.

We've put the whole Q&A on the Trust website. Hopefully it answers all questions around the process, capacity, pricing, social distancing, etc.

Please share with supporters who might not read the BBS.

Was all typed up in a bit of a hurry so forgive slight typos or inaccuracies (Meeting finished at 7.45 tonight). If you have any further questions do please post them and we'll get answers.

Can you use one of your four tickets from the season before this to get in? What ID would they want to see to get in? If more than one network gets entered into the ballot with the same person it it how will it be determined which network is removed from the ballot so the person in question doesn't have multiple chances to get in? How will you accommodate mainly the older end with getting in digitally when they might not have a smartphone?

All credit to Gally on this one. Like Messi taking it round the entire team three or four times and then passing to me for the two yard tap in.

No I don't think so as the person who enters the social group will be billed. Would not be possible in the time constraints to be able to use that (My guess, wasn't asked but will check). Details on the ID will be forthcoming.
There will be an application process. Once someone is added (their reference number) it will not be possible to add them to another application.

The box office will be available for those with technology issues.

As others have already said, thank you Loko and thanks also to Gally for taking the notes.

I'm a Reds Reserved + ST holder and for the avoidance of doubt am comfortable with all ST holders being treated equally. Nevertheless, the explanation that "Due to time constraints categorised selling was not possible whether based on time one has had a season ticket or RR+ vs RR" seems strange (and inefficient) to me. The clubs CRM system surely records which status each individual holds, in which case producing a data extract which differentiates between the two can't be difficult can it? And if it is then it's not fit for purpose and needs replacing!

Did the club give any justification from the EFL for the no fans if Wales don't allow them rule? Can we trust that they'll challenge it at the highest level given that it's the ENGLISH league governed in England under the english government and that bowing to the whims of a Welsh club is bang out of order and given the precedent set earlier in the season quite possibly illegal?

Seems odd that reserved plus members would be punished by being in with all pass holders just because some plus members might go to games with members who aren't plus, but it is what it is.

I don't think it's an issue extracting the data bit it's more of a time problem having to do a ballot for + members then a second one for normal members

Well the segmenation is probably also time consuming but yeah its more about having the time to go through categories.

It's not that. But if you look at the networks that already exist the pretty much all contain a mixture of RR and RR+ so making that work is the issue.

As I just mentioned in another post. Its as much about that as it is the mixture in the existing networks. How do you do a mixture of RR and RR+

If I may answer that one mate. It was stated. To imo all theres satisfaction. (. my personal view. not that of the clubs. although it was mentioned Reds + did not cover this situation. And tbf to all season ticket holders.eg those that maybe couldnt afford reds +./. Those families that bought several tickets.) The club felt. in such a short time scale. Prioritising in this case had it's own issues.
Others may or may not have had a different viewpoint. But no-one argued against it and most showed approval. I got that feeling imho. And there were approx 15-20 fans/trust members on the meeting.
    Edit
    Sorry Paul.
Just seen your replies. On the RR and RR+.

If I may also add. The prices shown on the lead ticket will all be at £25. But in fact will be charged at the appropriate rate eg oap £15.

How does that make sense when it's exactly what they did earlier in the season? By that logic all play off games in usual seasons should have attendances capped at the smallest grounds capacity in order to avoid an unfair advantage

By the way I appreciate that you're only the message bearer (though I also realise I don't know how to spell that) and essentially so are the club
