I emailed the Box Office tonight at 6.53pm as I was having problems entering the ballot despite being a season ticket holder. For some reason it was saying I was ineligible. I never expected a reply this evening, but checked my emails to find Beth had replied 5 minutes later, had sorted out the problem and I was able to log on and enter into the ballot! Amazing service! Thanks Beth, you're a legend!

Over the years this BBS has complained about players, managers, refs and a million other things. One of the few things we all pretty much agree on is we've always had brilliant box office staff.

When I got into a tangle when access to the East Stand car park was ended and I was concerned about my ability to walk up the main car park she took me outside and outlined where the Disabled parking was to be sited and assured me I'd got a place there. She spent time showing me what was going to happen and how it would be marshalled and it was so. She is a top lady. I hope the Club appreciates her. (I'd still like the gates open sooner though at the end of the match. Grumpy old sod. Never bloody satisfied.)
Similar to my Mum. Stopped going for a bit as she was struggling to walk down steps (we sit near the front of Ponty). Got arranged she/we could use the entrance on East/Ponty corner and walk in through-next to the corner stand so she'd only a few steps to manage. Flawless service.
She has to enter her kin into the ballot. No privelages in that respect. I'm guessing she'll be working, sorting out the car park. And some folk who need their arses wiping. God bless the lass. Big shout for all the other office/counter staff. N'all. A BIG thank you.
Glad you put the last sentence in. I have been equally well served by many different box office staff over the years but Beth seems to be the only one that gets any credit which seems a tad unfair. So a big shout out from me for all the office staff. Carry on doing a superb job and thank you.
A few times over the years I have had issues with ticketing and such and Beth has sorted it out. Never had a bad experience dealing with the box office staff at Oakwell, great team
Can we say Beth is at the top of a very high list of excellent service from all the admin crew...top effort from everyone at BFC..long may it continue
