Didn't Norwich put out a weakened team in the cup? I didn't see the game, but I thought they'd rested some of their better players?
I couldn't see lloyd isgrove lasting very long against this lot. And what's fletcher done since that day at Wembley?
We get it. You don't like the team, the Head Coach, the way we play, will downplay any positives and will grab at any straw to prove your point, no matter how desperate. It's a good job I love you!
I think they rested some of their players, yes. Not sure if they were the better ones or not. Does that mean that Norwich weren't a PL team last season?
That's not true and you know it. I don't dislike the team or the head coach. There are plenty of admirable things about them. The style of play without the ball (though it does seem to have changed somewhat of late) is admirable and difficult to play against. But at the same time, the style of play in possession for probably 90% of the games I've seen has been absolutely horrible to watch and I don't try and pretend its otherwise.
Not at all. They were in the PL. But they weren't good enough to stay there were they? So would you say their team at that point was of Premier League standard?
Yes. Did you see it? My granddaughter could have scored it. Defense cocked up which was usual then.Other than that then? Don't forget he scored 1 for us whilst a Middlesbrough player also.
It was a very tongue in cheek post. I think sadly for him from a footballing point of view, he made the wrong choices. From a monetary point of view, I don't think any of us can be critical how well he's done.
I think Hourihane and Brownhill would have the edge over Mowatt and Palmer, but the 2021 forwards would cause more problems for the 2016 defence than vice versa.
