    The Brummie accent is terrible but it is definitive its instantly recognised, where as the Nottinghamshire accent is neither here nor there and extremely annoying and bland it lacks any sort of inflection, I think its why they don't do humour very well.

    the wife being a rovremer says i annoy her with my dialect & local issues
    i just do my best to continue and correct her,
    tea cakes are what we make our snap with, milk goes in after tea bag as left the building and only our lord & us worthy puts hp sauce on a bacon butty,
    anyone using ketchup goes straight to hell
    use these 3 simple rules and you will live a long and prosperous life (unless ya marry a rovremer)
