    In terms of laying the foundations for the ‘press’ style of football for the PMG clubs, it makes total sense.

    Just a tad strange after all that had been reported to have gone on.

    "Reported" being the key word. I don't think they parted on bad terms at all and I respect both sides for keeping their counsel. In hindsight the "21 word statement" might not have been such a bad idea.
