    that’s the trouble with modern football too much money for a player in the Championship.
    It’s also a leveller because at one time you could have stuck him in the wall bottom and found out how much bottle he had to go with the skill

    That’s about £4.3m a year, our wage bill last year was roughly twice that.

    If he fires them back to the premier it will be worth it but it is a massive wage in the championship.

    I read somewhere that our weekly wage bill is 152k which sounds a lot to me, but if you divide it by 25 players it sounds about right.
