Quite a cosy brewdog that one. Not far from Mikeller either if you want to pay scandi prices! Only been in their once and we weren't even allowed to try the guest beers!

Centre of Manchester. Switched venue from Monday night - thought it would be a bad omen to go back

At my daughter’s house in Shetland while sharing a Chinese variety box carry out.
And celebrating with a few cans of Tennent’s.

Get thissen a Ninja Foodi Max... Never heard of them until my daughter got one. 9 in one... Pressure cook, slow cook , sear, saute, fry, roast grill, dehydrate, something they call 'Tendercrisp' which is basically air fry. All in one unit. makes the best roast taties and pork with crackling. e.g. 25 mins in pressure cooking , slow release for 10 mins... roast for 15 minutes then air crisp (all in same container just changing lid between pressure and Roast/aircrisp. Roast your part boiled spuds in the bottom whilst the Pork 'rests' Works everytime keeps pork moist with great crackling, grilling caramelising steaks etc without filling your kitchen with smoke . Hardly use our conventional oven anymore. Amazing piece of kit!! Just need to get used to the timings .

I already had a pressure cooker so didn't need a foodi but I bought myself a ninja air fryer a while ago and I love it. I roasted a whole chicken in it a few weeks ago and it was great. Like you I don't really use the main oven any more.
