    Just having a look at the market value report

    Entirely subjective like, but a few things jump out. Firstly, how the fk has Wednesday's squad value gone up 19%?!?!
    Secondly, while our squad value has rocketed 84%, it's still only coming out at ~26m. Mowat as MVP at £3.6m, even though he's out of contract and essentially worthless. Given the numbers quoted for Styles, Helik & Brittain etc, is this article based on different metrics, or just a load of old ar$e??

    Maybe YP are using some metric that other clubs value our players at, rather than true worth.

    Bang on with mowat though seen as he's out of contract

    Lots of laughter at that in my little area of the country. My friends and I once viewed a house up for rent with only a week to go until we had to leave our current one. We looked around and it seemed fine but expensive, only for one of our number (who fancied himself a master negotiator) to get out of the front door and open proceedings by saying to the letting agent "Look mate, I'm going to level with you - we're desperate."

    He never lived it down!
