    As much as I thought Kenny was a very talented player there is no way he would fit into our system. He doesn’t have the energy to press like our current crop of players

    I thought he was good at 1st but then got the bad injurys and was never the same after the 1st one, broke his leg at donny away didn't he for the 2nd one? So he has done well to come back from that, glad he has got promoted and got his career back on track seemed like a good lad.

    Its all about about opinions , I thought he was half decent in division one & never let us down but I have never thought he was anywhere near championship class & if we were linked with signing him again I would be certainly underwhelmed . I wish him well for his future especially after coming back from a serious injury as I am sure most Barnsley fans will do the same .

    Not taking anything away from Palmer, he's got great potential but I would have dougall over him at this moment in time definitely.

    I think that is very harsh on Palmer being that all his games have been in the Championship against much stiffer opposition , its a tough gig for someone learning his trade but he has more than held is own & will certainly improve & is certainly above division one class .

    Abit extreme, I honestly don't think we would have been looking at relegation just for having dougall in the side.

    Oh definitely, I don't doubt that. I just thought at the time dougall was released he was still a decent option at championship level.
