    We do play them usually there at a good time in the league. The last twice were Christmas and August. Before that was September and was MK Dons first ever game level of hot weather. The match before that was August as well.

    Playing them away I hope it's August, on a bank holiday or April onwards when it gets warm again. Although new years day fixture would make for a decent new years eve there.

    Just don’t see the appeal personally. Went in 2012 when Keith Hill was in charge, drew 1-1 went for the weekend, the weather was miserable & Blackpool itself was a right sh!thole! The football was no better!

    Seem to recall that back in the early 80's we had a run of Easter weekend games at Blackpool, but that may be the alcohol influence.

    I’ve lots of colleagues who work in ‘Blackpool’, they all introduce themselves as ‘not from Blackpool though’. They all live in leafy suburbs, but once they’re relaxed and you get em talking it slips out that they’ve had season tickets to the pleasure beach etc.

    I'll buck the trend . Love blackpool always have. Spent all my childhood holidays there. There's nowhere to touch it for kids. It has it's bad points but only if you look for em. Can do that with any town.
    You make Blackpool suit what you choose to do.
    Give me it over.
    walking round big ponds (lakes) scenery. ( got enough of our own if it floats your boat) expensive over the top shopping. Look round. buy nowt.
    Boring. Type destinations.
    Do lincoln in a day not a friggin weekend.

    My grandparents took me for a week every summer from being tiny up to about 11 years old. I loved every second and spent the other 51 weeks of the year looking forward to going again! Now My little boy thinks it’s amazing, which is good enough for me.
