Not a massive fan of Elbow but Guy Garvey's vocals are superb. Chrissie Hynde may not be the most accomplished singer but I love her voice, ditto Debbie Harry.
Early Sandy Denny. Later voice impaired somewhat due to fags and booze allegedly - although still worth a listen.
Hannah Reid from the band London Grammar has an incredible voice. I could listen to her sing all day!

Ian Gillan is one of my favourite vocalists, whether he's belting out the rock or the more bluesy numbers. Elizabeth Fraser (Cocteau Twins) is also a favourite of mine. Can't understand a word, but such a beautiful voice. For a single performance, however, I rather like this one...
