if the wind direction allows, at peak times we generally get a plane overhead every 30 seconds. At the minute, we get clusters that are around 2 minutes apart. Seen airlines from US, Middle East and Asia, and a fair few BA but not so many low cost carriers, but their flight paths don't tend to come over this way so much anyway. I think a lot of people would be surprised at just how much air traffic there is still.
They are quoting what she actually says in the video so he words haven't been twisted and it's not an opinion piece.
I thought all rules on close contact were relaxed? Genuinely asking the question, if you know something I don't.
This quote is one of the stupidest things I've ever seen. They even get a "but Corbyn" into the article. Impressive.
Rules were relaxed on contact on 17th May and the rule of six in peoples homes. 6 people, fill your boots!
No hugging or kissing No Singing or Dancing No theatre or concerts No holidays abroad No Football or other sports as a fan No pubs without being tracked on an app
I'd definitely go with your knowledge on this rather than mine. I was going on the laws that were brought in last year. I wasn't aware they had been relaxed.
You can do the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th on your list. I haven't been in a pub of late, so someone else can say if thats true or not.
I’m sorry, but it’s just ridiculous to pretend you can go on holidays abroad. It’s just denial of reality. Legally - just about. In practicality - no chance.
You can board a plane to an overseas country. Holiday companies are taking bookings. People are leaving these shores and coming back. a poll yesterday said 1 in 5 were prepared to holiday in an amber list country. To deny that is simply being obtuse.
The only theatre or concerts you can go to at the moment are socially distanced unviable shows - extreme restrictions in other words
17,000 at Edgbaston today. I've got season tickets for rugby league and cricket that are allowing me into grounds this summer. Maybe the debate should start with an accurate assessment of what restrictions are currently in place?
You "literally" can do most of those things. No wonder you lot are moaning when you don't know half the rules. Other than having to wear masks and not go on holiday, pretty much everything is doable and we're close to being back to normal. But crack on and focus on all the negatives, im sure it will do you the world of good
Concerts aren't doable at the moment. if they were bands wouldn't be cancelling their tours or postponing until next year.
