Starting to like Burnham, seems like he is really positioning himself for a leadership challenge again.

Always used to see him as a bit of a dull no persona type. I know these things shouldn't be personality contests but as a leader you do need to have a presence about you to be noticed and listened to. Think Burnham is starting to really emerge now.

Now having a spat with Sturgeon from that place north of Newcastle.

He's tussled with the government over funding, seemingly ruffled a few feathers over the poor showing for Labour in the last locals.

He's starting to become a likeable little devil.

Just need him to storm into the commons and throw the Gauntlet down to Starmer.

He'd tear Johnson a new one at PMQ's IMO.

Thought we'd found a new manager then.

From today, Scotland have banned citizens from travelling to certain areas of Greater Manchester, due to the number of new cases.

She’s banned Scots from travelling to Greater Manchester have to quarantine if they do . Nicola didn’t inform Burham so he’s called her a hypocrite after she complained about Westminster not consulting with her.

After all the hoards in London it doesn't seem to make a lot of sense. Does aManchester get a lot of Scots visiting!?

He actually used some data in his response telling her that some levels in Scotland are higher than the areas they are restricting travel to.

There's a few areas of Manchester I've banned myself from visiting. Burnage being one.

Burnham said he was not informed. Scottish government made the decision on Thursday and it was no secret. Almost everyone knew of it……..except Burnham. Haha he really struggles to keep up.

Maybe his point though... he should be one of the first to be informed.

Possibly but he has perhaps just jumped the gun. Now wants some sort of compensation for Businesses. Think Nicola has told him to spin on it.

He’s the perfect candidate. Due to him been out of the picture as an MP for a few years he can’t be smeared by anyone as anti-Semitic & wasn’t involved in the coup or Labour Leaks.

He’s about the only candidate I believe has a genuine chance to unite the party.

Me and my labour friends like the SNP for their pro europe anti tory stance

I admit most of the red wall would disagree but it seems to me UK politics is upside down. The tories are looking more vulnerable in their traditional heartlands.

I think if labour and lib dem can stand down for each other in certain seats and get propped up by SNP that would be the best chance.
