    Head of Sports Science, Jonny Northeast and Analyst, Jack Riley also leave for the Hawthorns.
    Thanks very much for everything that they all did. I’m looking forward to seeing who replaces them as there is no reason to think that their replacements won’t be just as capable.

    Nope, just a pay rise and a chance to work at a premier League club next season.

    I'm sure if we offered all of Fleetwood Town's analysts and coaches a 20% pay rise and a chance to work in the championship they'd take it.

    Not necessarily, they may not be wanted with the new guy so maybe they went somewhere they were definitely wanted and not run risk of being made redundant or not in next few weeks.

    Strangely enough, I'm more upset and disappointed with this news than I am with Big Val leaving. However, it'll give an opportunity to someone else to step up or come in and build on the good progress we've made.
